I accept the booking terms: a 50% deposit is due now and the remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the charter. If the Captain cancels for unsafe weather, I may reschedule at no extra charge or receive a full refund. I may cancel up to 48 hours before departure and reschedule once. Every guest will sign the Guest Charter Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability before departure.

Your date is held the moment the 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due on board.

All guests are required to complete and sign the Minot Light Charters Guest Charter Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability prior to departure. A secure electronic copy will be provided upon booking.

What to Know Before Departure

: Into the Mystic carries USCG-required safety gear for every guest and voyage: properly sized life jackets, throwable flotation devices, visual distress signals, a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and a VHF radio. The vessel is operated by a USCG Master Captain and is maintained to Coast Guard standards.
